At Smiles of Laurel Family Dental, we provide quality dental services for you to achieve the perfect smile you've always wanted. We offer an in-house annual membership plan for patients that are without dental insurance. Our membership plan enables us to offer simple, affordable, and personalized care directly to patients—with no insurance middleman in the way.

Our Membership Plan Incudes:

Routine Cleanings & Exams

Two routine cleanings and exams per year. ($328 value)

X-Rays

One panoramic x-ray and one set of bitewing x-rays per year. ($200 value)

Emergency Care

One emergency exam and x-ray ($118 value)

Restorative Care

20% off of restorative treatment such as crowns, fillings, and dentures.

MEMBERSHIP COST FOR TWO PEOPLE:

EACH ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER:
$299/YEAR

THE FINE PRINT

Offer available to new patients only.
No discounts offered on cosmetic treatments.
Additional fee of $50 per visit for periodontal maintenances.
Second year discounted membership does not apply to membership gap over six months.
No yearly maximums/deductibles
This plan is not available to patients with dental insurance policies.
Payment is due in full at time of service. No exceptions.
Payment plans available for treatment costing more than $500, however the use of a payment plan terminates the 20% restorative discount.
Plan remains in effect for twelve months from the date paid.
